The customer service I received from Bill from our initial conversation to the follow up call was very professional. Josh did an excellent job installing a new pump and backup battery for my system. He took the time to explain what went wrong with my old system and how the new system worked. I also really appreciated the way that he cleaned the area where the work was performed prior to leaving. Overall, this was an excellent encounter with both Bill and Josh.

Brittany Spears did a tremendous job setting us up for waterproofing service! Installation was a total of three days. Two days for drywall removal and drainage installation and one day for drywall installation! AJ was always available to answer my calls as well! Our house was built in 1920 with a dirt root cellar under it. We had ValueDry come in and excavate the space and waterproof it. Several very rainy years later our basement is dry and comfortable. Today we had our annual maintenance and the tech, Kyle, did a great job. We are very happy with the job they did a few years ago and the continuing maintenance they have done since then.

We’ve lived in our home for 10 years and the previous owners had waterproofing done by another company. However, we recently noticed a horizontal crack in the mortar of the cinder block. We called Value Dry and Carlos Hernando came out to inspect the situation. He was very honest with his evaluation and recommendation. He encouraged us to first pursue the original company who did the work so we don’t break our warranty. Compared to another company that came out and saw an opportunity to try to sell us on installing a new system for a hefty price. Carlos was very honest and I would recommend him.

Whole process was pretty easy. James was very amenable as I had to change the contract multiple times as I kept discovering more issues. Foreman David did an immense amount of work in a single day and was very respectful to wait for my toddler to leave the house for the day before running the jackhammers. Overall great experience.

I had been having issues with a basement walkout and drain for a few years. James from Value Dry came to our house for an inspection and estimate. He was very professional and was very detailed in his explanations of everything that was going to be done.

Two days later, the Value Dry work crew showed up promptly at 7am. Before the work was started, Dave went over everything with me. He was very professional and meticulous.

Value Dry installed a new sump pump, redid our concrete basement walkout, installed new walkout speed drains, and cleaned up the inside of our basement and walkout space. I am amazed at the lack of debris left in our basement. There had been much use of a jack hammer and Dave and his crew made sure that all dust and debris would be taken care of.

In summary, I am very happy with the work that was done by Value Dry. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional. The work crew was very punctual on their arrival to the work sight and their completion of the job. The work done was of the highest quality. The work area in our basement and walkout were left spotless.

I have been impressed with every person I have worked with at Value Dry Waterproofing and would gladly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with water in their basement. James did a very through inspection and was very informative. He discovered we actually have a plumbing problem, and didn’t need waterproofing at this time.
