Carolyn has been with Value Dry for over six years and has worked in various roles, making her the perfect person to steward our partner relationships. She knows the ins and outs of our business from having set appointments in our phone room, managing our call center, and has likely spoken with thousands of Value Dry customers in her time with us.
She has trained up new and amazing call center representatives and now spends most of her time out telling the community what Value Dry is all about.
When it comes to our customers, we want to offer them the best solutions to their problems that we can find, so having a list of referral partners to pull from is a great resource. Plus, we’re happy to support other businesses by referring leads and receiving leads in return.
