We’ve lived in our home for 10 years and the previous owners had waterproofing done by another company. However, we recently noticed a horizontal crack in the mortar of the cinder block. We called Value Dry and Carlos Hernando came out to inspect the situation. He was very honest with his evaluation and recommendation. He encouraged us to first pursue the original company who did the work so we don’t break our warranty. Compared to another company that came out and saw an opportunity to try to sell us on installing a new system for a hefty price. Carlos was very honest and I would recommend him.
